La gestion de ses tensions de trésorerie est un enjeu stratégique en temps de crise.

De nombreuses entreprises ont été confrontées à des tensions de trésorerie au cours de leur existence. Certaines en sont sorties renforcées alors que d’autres ne sont pas parvenues à passer cette zone de turbulence.

L’un des facteurs clés de succès est la transparence de l’information transmise aux partenaires stratégiques : fournisseurs principaux, clients importants, banques, affactureurs, assureurs crédits, etc. Cette information permet à la direction de mettre en évidence les actions correctrices entreprises et leurs impacts notamment. Cependant, face à des tensions de trésorerie, il est aussi primordial de savoir optimiser la trésorerie disponible.

Dans ce contexte, nous souhaitons vous présenter des leviers vous permettant d’optimiser les liquidités lorsqu’une société confrontée à des tensions de trésorerie est à la recherche de financement.
